Danger, I presume these are your original halogens and not the Xenon's.
Did you swap them out yourself or let Dickies do it?
As far as repair goes - I am very much a duck tape man myself.

Danger, you can try them for a warranty claim but they maybe sticky, as you say, you had them 6 months.
Random question- how did you notice it? Not usually part of the pre-flight check for me!

Aye, see if they will give you a discount off the price of the black grill and side vents you liked to further 'bling' the beast.
They could not match the TLO on the camera bits (even when you added in the p'n'p).
Or just order one with the Xenons factory fitted - Causeway grey looks nice...
