Typical. I replace the coolant bottle as I had been getting a low coolant warning on occasion for a while, but no coolant loss. Finally had a maintenance window to replace it last weekend.
Almost immediately I was seeing the same error and thought it was air that needed to bleed from the system as the level was slightly dropping. I noticed some liquid in the vee that I initially thought was oil from my last filter change. Testing with kitchen roll into the gaps and I find it is coolant.
I have searched on here and could not find a lot of information. There was a thread which say that part LR073372 1357091 Water Connector could be split. Having taken it off I cannot see that this my cause. So what else might be leaking into the vee?

Typically I am supposed to be towing the tin tent to the Lake District early Saturday morning, so any ideas on parts I should look to replace?

If the water connector is OK then you'd have to suspect the oil cooler.
Edit: But be sure the connector is not the cause before going in for the cooler!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
Thanks Prof. I cannot see any split or damage on the connector, but possibly the O ring on the oil cooler is worn. The coolant levels in the exposed locations in the photo appears to be stable.
I have cleared the coolant on the oil cooler and tomorrow will try to source the connector and seals. The parts are not too expensive, so it is worth a try.

That seal on the cooler doesn't come with a new connector but the other two do.
If you very carefully remove the seal and wrap the pipe with a few layers of PTFE tape it will swell the seal enough to make it good again. Make sure you rubber grease or use silicone spray for reassembly. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
Again, thank you very much for the information. My local Land Rover parts department had stock of the water connector and the two gaskets that go between it and the head. They were not needed as the connector came with them, but good to have spare. They did not have the O ring on the oil cooler, which was a shame as I think that may have been the source of the leak. However your tip of using PTFE tape and silicone spray allowed me to get it pushed on with a tight fit. A short test drive and the vee has stayed dry.
I would not have thought about using PTFE tape, so that tip has saved me a lot of running about trying to source a replacement O ring and saved our holiday, so thank you again.
