How to contact Landrover UK to get technical advice

Does anybody have an e-mail address/ website info/ telephone number to contact Landrover UK (preferably at the factory) to solve problems that the country technical representative and dealers cannot solve. Any information would be welcome. Only 18% of the roads in Southern Africa are tarred, the rest is Land Rover Country. Or GS country.

When I had problems getting technical advice from my dealer I was given a Landrover Customer Care number (UK number), to date I have found this most useful.
