This happened to me. If you speak to Martin, he can make you a new pin with 6 inches of wire to put into the connector. Them just connect to old cable and shrink wrap it with heat gun.Craig.

Thanks , I would give it a go , however the wire has broken at the butt of the connector.
Sourcing one from a scrapper could be a good idea.. I see what Martin comes back with. 😉

I can source the connector from LR for you if you wish, and build up a complete pigtail connector.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Ur so welcome , always a team effort , see that Martin as always has come to the rescue to supply a new connector with tails
Will then be so easy to do one wire at a time
If u don’t mind me suggesting put the landy into off-road height , remove fuse F26 from the engine bay and put some axle stands underneath the rear wheel seeing ur have u hands in there
Plse note that when u reinstall the fuse the D3 the suspension will drop down quite quickly

Also found the rear valve block wiring for u as it tells u what colour wire goes in what PIN number but u won’t need if u cut back the wires one at a time

No, totally different. You can see them both here:
YMI000950 is in the height sensor connector
YMI900480 is in the valve block connector06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
