I see that the new colours in range (Havanna Brown, Causeway Grey & etc) are £1600 instead of £600 for the existing colour range. Is that a typo or is the paint diamond studded?

Must be a typo Bill....I understand LR just recently went through the prices for options and spares and stuck a "0" on the end of eveything.....  "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Not sure where you're looking - I just chose an HSE and premium metallics are £1000 extra.
Ah
Ok, choose an XS and the premium metallic colours are £1,600
WOW. And the prices seem to have gone up since I ordered my car on 1st April which I collected yesterday btw.

Called premium colours over here and they gouge you a lot more for them. Just new colours to the range. My Dealer mentioned it is because the premium colour contains some real gold flakes and is made at one of BASF premium plants in my area. Still I aggree with CaverD3 that they try to find out how crazy we are about it.
