Spotted this poor old D3 today, not sure whether it’s a personal colour choice or the result of some MAJOR repair
Same two tone all round so if it’s a repair, they’ve replaced the whole back end and roof2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

I think it is more plausible the doors were swapped. (also, have a look at the bottom of the rear wheel arch, there is big dent still. )
But... hey... taste is taste.... it could be worse colour combination! Or each openable surface (doors, boots, bonet, fuel cap...) on a different colour.

I'm a fairly obvious zambezi silver with lots of stripes & stickers. Normally seen in the vicinity of rally stages & cross country events.

Mine is "Vienna Green" - to be correct on the thread, I thought it an odd colour when i bought it but its really grown on me. Seems to match the green of the Lego Defender (discovery 6)

i wanted and looked for ages for a red discovery 4 and couldn't find one so i settled for buckingham blue,since i bought it i have seen loads of red ones for sale

I came very, very close to getting one of these a few years ago, but on the test drive I realised that the suspension had been abused and neglected - and my old D2 actually drove better - so I walked away from it, shame really as I loved the colour.D3 2004 HSE
