Coin Tray Insert for Fridge??

A few days ago I saw a youtube video giving a review of the D3 (American)

In one of the clips there seemed to be a tray insert for the centre fridge.....

Anybody

A: Have One?

B: Know is it worth Having?

C: Have a part number???
