Code read ! now what does it mean in real life, HELP

P20EE FAULT
The car has only done 26000 miles and had an Ad blue issue two months ago.
I had an amber engine warning light showing, the obd tool said it is was P20EE SCR NOx Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1
I have been playing with the obd tool and to be honest I don't understand the results I have been getting.

Test was done on tick over before the car was driven.
Q. Does this mean bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 1 is not working.
Q. Do these sensors exist ?
Q. Which sensor is which I can see one on the N/S down pipe with 4 wires blue connector and one with 6 wires going to a Bosch unit. Plus two temperature sensors.
Before someone says test the sensors, how is that done with a basic multi meter, please
