Clutch actuator and parking sensor

Probably should have two threads but...

Rear diff Clutch actuator is stuck (it’s an E-diff) - have a gap diagnostic tool (basic one) but can’t ‘unstick’ it. Is this something it should do and if so, how? Could this be a diff control module fault (the one in the rear behind the passenger rear seat?) taken it to two garages now and both have said it’s beyond their skill set 😡

Other issue is during recent snow, the parking sensor started playing up. It’s improved now things have dried but still temperamental- could this be water in one of the sensors? (I read this in another thread on here)

Thanks in advance of advice/support.
