Cloth to leather seats on a Disco 4 |
|
Hi all.... Im new so please go gentle....
Just purchased my first landrover.....been a long time coming..... Gone for a GS model (sorry) but I wanted to start adapting and adding bits....
Sorry if this has been a thread before.... but.....
Is there an option of changing the seats from cloth to leather?? Can i purchase electric ones with heated seats and upgrade the dash and controls??
Do i go manual and heated from a commercial Disco and change the dash controls
will all the wiring be there?? Been looking on you tube and seems doable on a 3 but lose the memory seat but thats ok I'm not fussed...
Or is it a big no no...
Please help and thanks for reading this... Im sure many more silly questions will pop up on my threes!!!
Stay safe all

I found the XS/graphite ones slightly hard, go for either HSE or higher spec or old shape RRS. There are a few threads about with wiring guidance Joined the BMWX5 45e group

Swap the complete interior for one off eBay
Ideally one where driver seat doesn’t have memory then it’s all easy to wire in Must stop buying shiny toys....
