clarification on washer bottle removal

seem to be blessed with a leaky washer bottle had a look yesterday and thought it was a leaky pump seal but it still seems to be leaking from somewhere on the front so looks like the bottle has split

can anyone confirm if I can change the washer bottle on my d3 by just removing the n/s wheel arch liner as read on another forum or will it only come out with the bumper removed, also how many bolts hold it on 2 or 4 thanks for any replies
 please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

Whether you can do it without removing the bumper I'm not sure but when my bottle split I looked on YouTube for a how to and what I went by did indeed show removing the bumper

Bumper off its bolted from the the front and the inner bolt cant be accessed only on bumper removal. Its not a big job anyway.

Easy enough, looks worse than it is.
