dont slate me im new here Neutral i pick up my D3 next friday , and its fitted with this plug and play chip.

as far as i can tell it just intercepts the fuel rail pressure and lies to the ecu ? will it be ok short term engine wise before i can get the work tokens to go and spend at BAS ?

Hi gsr and welcome,
It really depends on the degree of overfuelling that the chip is set for. Too much overfuelling and you can damage the motor.

If it was me, I'd remove it until I could get a remap done.

Best Wishes,
