chrome mirror covers

do the chrome mirror covers come with something to glue them on, included in the price or does it cost extra?what is it that is used?

Are they not just clipped? I had a tug at one in the dealers the other day and found that it would be easily removable Whistle

They come with a tube of silicone type sealent. Fairly easy to fit.

Dealer was fitting colour coded ones to mine and they said it needed a couple of hours to cure before I could get the car back

just ordered a set from Nick and the adhesive does not come with the mirror caps, it is extra and has its own part No.

The mirror caps are stuck on but they don't include the adhesive Evil or Very Mad

I do a seperate adhesive under part number STC50551 which is quite expensive...
you can use a good quality silicone mastic adhesive from a builders merchants this could save you a few quid. TLO has left the building.......
