Buy a Camping Gaz 12v camping fridge - 42L capacity for £50 delivered and stick it in your boot running off aux socket. Stack cheaper and holds loads more beer!!

I'd seriously reconsider if I were you - I wish every day that my standard-fit coolbox were a cubby instead. It's too small to be useful as a coolbox, and unless you're going on a long trip, by the time it's actually cooled down, you're there. If you leave drinks in it, they'll get warm when the parked D3 gets warm... it's really not the most useful thing IMHO. I'd go with a coolbox in the trunk plugged into the 12v socket when you need it!
Cool box in boot. Got a 35L from Halfords plugged in the aux in the boot. Been to France with 3 kids and wife self catering on it and off to the Alps in 3 weeks. Size matters
