Check Parking Brake Light...... |
|
In the Renault Scenic that Enterprise have given me, whilst my D3 is in Stratstones waiting for a new EPB actuator?
Its only done 1500 miles parking brake works fine and disengages (unlike my D3)Just abloody big annoying lit up spanner on the Electronic dash
Reported it to enterprise , hoping it might twist their arm even further into finding me a Land Rover vehicle ('' they are all out Sir'', apparently not a single D3,D4 .RRS or FFRR available anywher in the country due to the 'bad weather'
But to no avail, apparently they are not even allowed to put me in a rival manufatcturers similar vehicle.
So it seems it is not just D3s that have EPB problems!!!

I'm in a Enterprise VW Tiguan, it's EPB is working fine!
Still waiting for news on my D3 with EPB problems,
I was told the same with regards to the car situation , apparently Enterprise has only 5 FFRR and a small fleet of Freelanders for 30 branches and they are waiting for a delivery of D4's!

After speaking to Enterprise again today, I didnt realised they only source vehicles in their own area (ie Yorkshire & north East)
how they expect to put all their LRA customers in a Land Rover vehicles with that small amount of 'stock' god only knows
They also told me they had no D4s yet as they were having 'diagnostic' problems with them
I can feel an Experience voucher coming on as compensation for having to drive around in a crappy broken Scenic for 3 weeks!!!

Lucky you!!
Ive just got my D3 back tonite, after 2 weeks
Glad to get rid of the poxy Scenic
Saying that I will miss the Keyless locking , better bluetooth, changable digital dash , but nothing else
My opinion of enterprise has not changed ing useless, full of every excuse not to produce a Land Rover replacement...Bad weather , loads of broken LR vehicles, none in our area etc etc
Cant wait for the privelidge of dealing with them again...which Im sure wont be too soon

Enterprise changed my VW Tiguan for a 59 plate RRS! :thumbsup:always found the Hessle branch to be A1 , Having had 2 Disco 3's I've got to know them quite well!
Still waiting for LR to respond to Stratstone with regards to fixing my EPB, I would like a new loom as the one on the car has been repaired twice for the same problem!
