What do you mean by "info screen"? If you are talking about the factory Navigation system, no... that can't be installed at a later time. (As always, it would be cost prohibitive.)

Thank you. That was the thing. I was put off by the inflexible satnav system (from what I read it was fixed DVD disks) and the quality of mapping was allegedly not very good in Finland (according to a dealer last year when we test drove it) compared to my small phone based Navicore system. But reading more and seeing things indicates that it would be nice for the information status screens and suchlike.
Oh well. The wife can keep her gloves in that space again.

I'm planning on putting my TOMTOM go 700 in that space - once I'll get my car, that is. It will probably need an external antenna though. Can't imagine that any gps could be better than the tomtom

It is possible to fit an Alpine touchscreen in the factory location, which can have navi, DVD and TV onto it. Our sister company in Manchester recently did 60 cars from Statstone which they called the LE, which had one of these fitted (albeit not flush fitted due to time constraints on the install).
The Alpine navi system is far superior than anything else on the market - ballpark cost inc installation would be approximately £1850.
