Anyone else get this? Almost every time I drive off after the D3s been parked up overnight I get that message flash up and a 'beep', even though the parking brake isn't on. I cleaned and adjusted the parking brake mechanisms recently, but no change. Any suggestions?Previously:

Get it if I forget to release it manually. I don't ever use the auto release, unless I forget.
