Castrol oil at Supercheap?

Hi guys
I see supercheap in NZ have a sale on Castrol Edge 5W-30. Is this the right stuff for the ‘06 2.7TDV6? It’s classed as A3/B4 but I read somewhere on this forum that the preferred oil is A5/B5; whats the difference?
