If you can find anywhere else other than Primaleisure to order the part from I would recommend using them. I am still waiting for parts I ordered for a 2016 Bailey Motorhome back before lockdown started.
1997 Defender 90 for the kids and I to have a go at some competitive off road RTV and Tyro trials, daughter picked up her first trophy over the August Bank Holiday.

That’s a shame being let down and great for the heads up , alas never used them
Hopefully there be plenty other companies on ebay / amazon etc
