Hi
I have a Protec front cover and also a Protec full cover for winter storage. The front covers is superb and fits on very quickly. You can choose your own caravan logo to go,on the front for free. The full cover is also superb.Really easy to fit.

We have a Protec cover for our Elegance. I recall that when we enquired with Protec they hadnt made one yet for Elegance, and needed a bit of time to make a pattern, come up with the design and advise a cost.
It's okay, much better than worrying about damage to the van during travelling and keeps the front clean. I wash the front windows quickly before fitting it in case there's any dirt than can scratch the plastic.
Protec must have forgotten to stitch on the bottom strap as ours didnt come with one, they sent one in the post which we sewed on. Protec offered to do it if we sent the cover back, but that would have been too much of a faff. If it was one of their first covers for Elegance the omission was probably just a glitch.
Quick to fit especially if two are doing it. We use a couple of the supplied elastic straps to pull in the offside bottom under the van, hooking onto the corner steady. This is the worse bit bending down and scrabbling under the van.
Use all the time now when towing, definitely worth it to prevent damage to the front from stones etc and small mammals (yes, they have died in the process of meeting the caravan head-on).

I've got a Bailey logo'd ProTec on our Unicorn 3 Vigo - early days at the moment but seems very good and easy to fit.

We currently have a specialised universal towing cover which we used on our 2011 sterling and I am using on 2013 sterling Eccles se van.it does not have the clear panels for the running lights and can be a bit of a pain to fit the five separate panels if doing so on your own, looking at there tow pro covers as these are two piece and look to just zip together.

I have a cover for the front of my 08 elddis and it is a five piece cover and it flapped in the wind rubbing the front of the caravan causing more damage than towing without it , and it was as tight as I could get it to go , tried putting sticky velcro in all of the joints but no help , might have been better if I stayed at 50mph but I like to go 60mph

Mine's actually 3 pieces - you have 2 side 'cheeks' which the main one piece cover connects to.
Have investigated a bit more and quite like the look of the tow pro tailored cover by specialisedcovers.com as it has zips rather than straps
Also small reduction of £25 as my brother has an account with them (he is more than willing to recommend anyone as he gets a £25 credit - just pm me your email address)D4 2010 HSE Santorini Black

I have the tow pro from Spesialised covers and find it easy to fit with the elastic sides and zipper. It did leave grey marks on the front of the caravan but they came off easily and the problem has all but gone now. I've used it religeously from day one and the front of the caravan looks like new.
