Can anyone help me please

Good afternoon my name is Joe and I'm disabled with a spinal cord injury. I have throat cancer, I'm having treatment's and appointments regularly.
I would like to know if anyone near warrington can have a look at my parking brake as it will not release. I have had new brakes on it . Over a year ago. It been work ok until today. Big Cry Big Cry Thankyou very much for all of your time today

Ps I would like to know if anyone could look at the brake for me please.
