Looks like the Lafumas have a good following on here Thumbs Up .

The fabric spec looks interesting as well.

A couple of things I will say about the Oztent chairs, so far they are the only camping chairs I know of that are rated at 150 kg. Other chairs I have seen are either non rated or rated at 120 kg.

If you are going to any of the LR shows pop along to our stand and try the Oztent furniture out.

As someone has already mention quality does not come cheap.

It is good to see good quality does encourage brand loyalty and on D3 that appears to be Lafuma and Oztent Thumbs Up

The only Lafuma's to be wary of are the directors chair type. My parents have had the welds snap on the arms on 2 chairs. The recliners are great, but would be better in aluminium as they are quite heavy.

These Lafumas look like a comfy piece of kit - but shouldn't the post be "Glamping chairs" ?

Mine cost a fiver over 10 years ago - true, I don't sleep in them - that's what the ground is for Wink

I've got to stop reading these threads Rolling Eyes tempted to go for a couple of Oztent Kokoda chairs.

Does anyone have a discount code for leeds / 4x4 overlander website?

Deffo Lafuma's - had 2 for about 10 years now. Got 'em in France and saved a few quid.

Mega comfortable - only problem you 'll have is being able to use 'em yourself. You'll find every b*gger wants to jump in as soon as they get the choice (usually SWMBO's mates Whistle )

Thumbs Up

+1 for Lafuma, very comfortable but not so portable (especially the xl size) and a bit of a struggle tbh to get in and out of after a few scoops Laughing

We just bought a couple of Eurohike bucket chairs from Blacks and these are really comfy too, reduced just now!

I use a Lafuma Cham Elips XL which is great. I first bought a Lafuma recliner chair but they are useless if wanting to sit in the normal upright position or at a table. Decide if you want to fully recline or to sit at a table.

You do realise I am working on my Yorkshire citizenship.

A Yorkshireman is a Scot with their genurosity rung out of them.

Yorkshire haggle means price goes up Laughing

Very Happy I'd recommend Dukdalf they're dutch but are easy to get hold of in caravan shops go for the ally frames as opposed to steel they look same but are much lighter,I've had a pair for 10 years and still look like new used lots and they also fold fairly flat,I've got mates who've had 3 sets of Lafumma in that time,I think the old lafummas were better made than new ones 8)
