I have an MY12. Just checked and confirmed voice commands do not work when cameras are displayed, although the phone buttons do seem to still work.

Deejay - it would be great if you could kick things off with Liam. I am another MY12 owner frustrated by the slow responses on the infotainment screen.

Does Liam need VIN numbers and model details from us or is it enough that it seems to affect all MY12 infotainment screens ?

Here, Here Russ. I can't even get my dealer to acknowledge there's a software update available for MY12 infotainment, as The Raspberry had done on his MY12.

Mine is very slow and can take seconds to bring up the reversing camera when I first start up and immediately select reverse. Almost like a teenager waking up on Monday morning Laughing Can be black for ages AND I had a complete new central surround-camera module fitted by LR central Techs (sometime ago now) for variable blank cameras, as they decided it wasn't just an individual camera problem. If it don't fit the third time - try a bigger hammer

A quick update guys my D 4 is into the dealers on Monday for testing with Liam and the LR techies involved. Will report back on the findings Thumbs Up

Not yet still waiting for the relevant parts to be delivered to the dealer for fitting, on back order Whistle Once this has been completed I will let you all know on any improvement Thumbs Up

You mention parts being fitted - I thought it was just a software upgrade ? If parts are involved, does that suggest that this won't be covered under warranty ie it is being treated as an upgrade for which MY12 owners must pay ?
