| Bye bye LR Stratone Cheltenham, hello Shukers Ludlow. |

After spending more than a week trying to get to speak to someone in service dept at LR Stratstone in Cheltemham or to get a reply to one of my emails having told them my vehicle is stating "Service Required"and I needed to book it in. I decided to vote with my feet and have gone to Shukers LR in Ludlow whilst visiting with friends near there.
I recieved a very professional and courteous service from the service team there, the car was very well checked over will several extra items being spotted and fixed without query or cost to me and it came back absolutely spotless, which considering it was still covered inside and out with this years PNC event mud it was some feat for their valet team to do as part of the foc wash and vac.
Well done Shukers of Ludlow. Top marks guys; despite you being considerably further away than Cheltenham, I'll be staying with you for all servicing matters for my and SWMBOs D4s from now on 
Oh and thank you 'Simon' for the recommendation, I wish I'd listened to your preachings on the subject long ago  LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Why the hell would you move to London from there? Or any place for that matter! LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Well it was the other way round
I started up in London and have always lived in other places, eventually coming back to London!
I needed to see what else was out there!

Used to work in Cheltenham for a while too!
Loved all the shops with the fancy mens Jackets!

Told you they were good mate
Been with them for 16 years, can't fault their service dept or sales team.
Can't imagine using any other dealer and TBH they are a big part in my loving the whole LR experience and are a credit to the LR brand and Shukers
