Although mine came with the premium lux mats Im not that keen on them as they are a little shagpile rug for me so swapped them for a more sporty flat pile set from Dan @ Duckworths.

As I said before get the VIN number and check in Topix, or PM me the VIN and I’ll send you the build sheet. You can then walk in to the dealer and show that it did come from the factory with mats, so you would like them to be supplied to you FOC.
This is the build sheet for mine, note mine did not come with mats from the factory “LESS FLOOR MATS”

Yes odd that seems to be a different car there every time I look?
Prices reduce at an even(ish) rate but its constant month on month....
Same car one year on big difference in value. I wish prices were a bit more constant to be honest.

Think I thought the Black HSE was a lux and obviously not as miles are extremely low. The Lux is 6 months older than mine of course but with a lot less miles so I suppose its not that different in hindsight D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

Update
Despite the emails to and fro with the handover team it was a pleasant experience on collection day.
Although they tried to fob me off about the mats I did say it looked cheap without them and they agreed to get some ordered and post them out once received.
Full tank of diesel - that was not expected
Missing Locking nut on the day - replaced with new locks and keys
Fancy two keyrings
Brand new tyres & unmarked alloys
All in all the handover was good but work needs to be done on customer service for sure.
Take the point from from one of our members about how corners are cut, my Jag was also an approved used and although the front bumper was repainted they did not take any of the fittings off or the bumper prior to painting and the overspray was ridiculous.
Love the offer of the one for sale but I wanted a Black one with Privacy Glass and Almond interior so this was the one.....price wise it was the cheapest in the country due to the dealership changing hands so they were offloading stock.Discovery 4 HSE Lux - Second time around

Glad to hear you got sorted.
Think its all abit of a game and you just need to remember you have to play it otherwise they win by getting the max commission that they never really think wont be challenged or amended i.e. full tank of fuel, mats, locking nuts etc etc its all in the price so you have to extract it in my opinion.

Glad it’s sorted. A bit of advice with your new locking nuts. Don’t over tighten them and be careful when undoing them. They have a habit of breaking and leaving you with no way to get the wheel off if you need to. Personally I replaced them with normal wheel nuts after a bad experience.
Regarding the risk of someone nicking your wheels - it’s a 2.7 ton heavy weight and is very hard to jack up at the best of times with the right jack!

May be worth advising insurers regarding ditching locking wheel nuts, its part of Thatcham insurance ratings
