I got 12 months and therefore 12-14k miles out my last set on the front of my D4. I have now switched to SuperPro poly bushes. Yes it's a slightly harsher ride, but I've gotten used to that now and won't have to replace for some time to come.Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Still on the factory fitted ones on my D4 at couple of months under 7 years and 47k miles. Only tarmac use so no dragging the car through mud, sand and other assorted crap. The D3 had gone through loads of suspension bits and hubs by that mileage.

My SuperPro bushes started out a bit severe but now seem to have settled down to being firmer than OE but not harsh.
Shame I've got it all sorted just before selling*
To answer the question, I got just over 2 years out of the last set before putting in the SuperPros.
I'll change to SuperPros once the 'new' D3 needs them changing.
* have been a bit slow to get it prepped for sale as I tore a ligament in my hand and we don't have much in the way of reasonably priced valeting specialists here.Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

I got less than 18k out of a set of All Makes before they started to knock.
Currently have a set of Genuine RRS arms, 3 years in April and 40k so far, no play in them.
Rear uppers were pretty done by 117k, again Genuine RRS replacements, no play in them and cars at 171k now.

have got the pleasure when the weather improves of replacing my rear upper wishbones
when i take the old arms out would like to fit a set of new bushes in there so have them for the future , don’t know how hard they are to replace , but seen plenty of threads
i imagine there will be a difference when i’ve managed to fit the box of parts i’ve got
front struts , dunlop / drop links meyle , anti roll bar bushes front and rear , genuine , also got all the rear genuine brake hoses as i thought i might as well do the lot on one go
oh and a new compressor silencer , so should keep me busy
did get a compressor to assist, well that’s my excuse anyway

Just had my car back from a check up at my indie and he says my rear upper arms are going to need changing soon. Only done 10,000 miles and 2 years ago using RRS arms as suggested on here.
Seems a bit quick to be changing them again?Just 'cause you got the power... that don't mean you got the right.

Same for me. Changed standard bushes twice, now on Superpro and haven't looked back.

Hi
Blimey is that because of towing or just normal on road driving plse
Think I would tempted with super pro if they go that quickly
Fitted all genuine upper rears in the end so will be interesting to see how long they last

I don't tow that much but the roads round here are pretty rough and speed bumps are everywhere.Just 'cause you got the power... that don't mean you got the right.
