Build Dates

Some posts talk about the exact date, time and build standard of D3s coming off the production line! Is there an easy and secure way to find out these details for individual vehicles?
I've tried searching but can't find any threads to lead me in the right direction.

It's inside information that LR don't normally provide Whistle (But I think it would be an excellent customer service update if they did!).

Got a chassis number and know what colour it should be plus details of some factory options but maybe not all. niknok
