I’ve never heard of it being called bimetallic corrosion before, it’s always been called galvanic corrosion in the aero industry. There is a table of properties which run (I think) from Anodic to Cathodic and the further apart your metals are, the worse the corrosion could be.
As for brown tires, I always thought it was the rubber turning to it’s more natural state. I usually apply a thin coat of silicone grease and remove the excess.
