Broken down! 😭 You won't believe the day i had !!
So currently sat in Aldi car park awaiting recovery after my wheel bearing decides to completely destroy itself on me with no warning 🙈Worst part is i have just spent all day at a friend shouse trying to sort their disco 3 out with new rear pads, discs, shields, shoes etc...had a complete nightmare...EVERYTHING was rusted solid/stripped...then I found one calliper was completely toasted so couldn't finish the job and have to go back.Plus the epb shoes on one side just would not allow disc to fit over..anyway will take a look when new calliper arrives.

Cheers for the support guys! Home safe now and all showered and sparkly clean Cold beer in hand and time to shop for new wheel bearing...timkin this time!!
Had to laugh at RAC operator..comment that I obviously know what I'm talking about and that they tend to find that with most breakdowns to landrovers we all know exsctly what is qrong with our vehicles before they arrive!what does that say about us?!

When we got ours recovered after a 7 hour wait, I had an idea it was HPFP but the RAC guy finally showed up and said “I know what’s wrong with it” to which I responded “what’s that?!” And he said....
“That green oval on the grille”..
I was so tired and annoyed but still managed to crack a smile and a small chuckle.

If you have the IID tool you can set it to demount mode which apparently gives you more slack on the epb cable allowing the disc to fit nicely, of course I found this out after struggling for an age, one side doddle other side bloody hell!

That's the exact same issue I am having! One side went on nicely but the driver side not so good 😂 at least I can can take comfort in the fact it isn't just me!
I do have an iid tool bit I believe I can only use the epb settings on my own vehicle?...I'm working on a friend's at moment
