A small thing I know but when my turbo hose split last night and I called Broadfields on the offchance, I expected and answering machine, or at best some interest in my problem; what I experienced was excellent - new hose ordered and fitted, all fixed on a few hours later.
I'm having the 105k belts and oilpump casing done there in a few weeks, so if today's experience is typical Ive got high hopes.
