Noo another mistake so it is more than 600
EU ~512M in 2017. Japan about 127M in 2018
So it is almost 650 so why they only said more than 600?

Highland you missed this other mistake or maybe it is less important?
It takes all sorts (to make a world).

Quote:

EU boss emerges from bathroom clutching Theresa May’s soiled White Paper

Theresa May’s Brexit White Paper has gone down a storm in Brussels due to a shortage of bog roll.

The 42-page document instantly met all the requirements of EU chief, Michel Barnier, who described it as ‘soft, strong and very very long’.

EU bosses insisted, for reasons now known, that May’s negotiating position should be presented on perforated sheets of A4 in a quilted and scented format.

How about 'when the UK leaves the deal will go from covering:
'nearly a third of world GDP'
to
'just under a quarter of world GDP'.

The UK must be a GIGANTIC economy to make such a difference! Wink

How about stop trying to find silly things to say on anything which is not Brexit is going to be fantastic. It is patetic! Are you also starting with the fake news now?
Would have been nice and much more important to see more precision in the wording during the campain for example on the money available from EU and how that money was going to be used as I think that those misleading information have had a much more relevant impact on the UK but at the time probably you were busy

Back to the article I do not know which numbers they used to write the article as there are numbers with some variability around and so little variations can influence the percentages. Do not know if they used yours so you should check with them first. Other artciles are talking of about 30% of global market so it is between 1/4 and 1/3 and fluctuates around those two

From your number UK impact is about 3% (3.28%) but I am sure you can write what you say on a red bus and a lot of people will believe it
It takes all sorts (to make a world).

Sorry ...I'm living it up in Manhattan, so jetlag and the Censored est £$ rate for years is playing havoc with my brexit mind Laughing

He did say immediately before...'we won't know the real economic conseqences for a very long time...we really won't' ....so his subsequent talk of 50 years is clearly part of his estimation.

We were commenting a news from BBC, have not seen comments from you. I know it is difficult to read and understand if it is not a short message on a side of a red bus but you can still try

What he certainly didn't say was:
