Just to clarify on this. Can you just put 4 pot sport calipers on the d4 discs? On the d3 they had to be changed???

Yes they will fit straight onto D4 discs. If your not sure measure the disc. They should be 360mm. I was very lucky and found a pair of the 4 pot calipers for £120 and then refurbed them myself. I used red smoothrite to paint them as the caliper paint was useless. Got a seal refurb kit for £23 and new bleed nipples for £4. You can get a complete seal and piston kit for £70. Also found the brembo decals for £5 2006 TdV6 HSE.

Also to add the torque for the caliper bolts is 270nm and make sure you use a 21mm double spline socket as a normal hex socket will start to round off the bolt heads. 2006 TdV6 HSE.
