| Brand new from LR AMK Air Compressor faulty |

Good morning,
Has anyone else had a faulty AMK air compressor straight from LR for the suspension system? Apparently its an exhaust vale not dumping on the compressor.

I have had a couple of AMk compressors fail that where new, but not supplied by LR, I got mine replced without any hassle.
There seems to be a problme on AMK units with the exhuast valve sticking, I have done quite a few that have stuck. I have done my own car twice now for the same fault.
Its an easy fix, just remove the small air pipe from the exhaust chamber and twist off the cap, pull the valve out ( if you can I have had to remove the pump on some cars ) and clean it and grease with silcone grease and replace.

OK thanks I might end up doing that if this one fails, the original garage said they could replace exhaust valve for £20 so if it goes again then that's a plan B
