Brakes dragging & not releasing

My D4 has developed a problem where the brakes are nor releasing fully. This does not happen all the time but does happen at some point on every journey now.
If you give the pedal a hard press & release it this makes the brakes release fully. During a journey small presses on the pedal can cause the brakes to start dragging again. Not every time though.
The N/S front brake seemed to be consistently warmer than the rest so i have replaced the caliper. This made no difference.
Then it seemed that they were all tight so i have replaced the master cylinder, again this has made no difference, if you are in traffic on a dual carriageway & cannot give the pedal a full press the dragging does go away but it takes a while.
Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Front pads & discs replaced 3000 miles ago. Brembo discs & TRW pads. All caliper sliders are free. Rear pads replaced 6000 miles ago, again, all sliders are free..

what about the handbrake shoes at the rear?

As you say monitoring wheel temp after a journey is good

The park brake is never applied. Also, i cant see how the full depression of the brake pedal that releases the dragging brakes would effect the park brake if that were to be the problem.

Only things that links them all is the master cyl and abs unit, I would start at the master cyl as had a few seize up on old series landrover from lack of use, the std get you home fix was a hammer to the master cylinder Thumbs Up

Were all calipers bled through completely last time the system was opened?

Is there any means of adjustment on the pushrod?

When N/S front caliper was replaced the hose was clamped & then the caliper was bled through until the fluid ran clear of any air.

You might want to consider a full bleed through all calipers, there could still be air in it as the symptoms you describe suggest expanding air lock. Also, as Dave T says it would be no harm to strip out pads and make sure everything is clean and free moving.

What about the front flexi hoses? LR recommend they are changed every 6 years. Could be the hose partially collapsing inside causing this?

I am having this same issue both front calipers locking up

Did anyone find I fix for the intermittent front brake lockup? I have changed the Master Cylinder and both calipers and a full bleed with a foxwell tool and still getting occasional brake lock up?
