Just changed rear pads on d4 and the discs now need replacing. Are these the same as d3 ones if so could I fit grooved/drilled discs to the rear and could anyone suggest discs for the front as I am thinking about doing them aswell when I do the back?
Thanks in advance for any advice

D&G discs on the rear are a bit of a waste. They will not get hot enough to warrant needing to be drilled and grooved.
If you are fitting them for looks only, then
I can recommend the Terrafirma discs My D3 Build Thread

I think 2.7 D4 has identical brakes to 2.7 D3? So yes they are different.

to be clear, D4 2.7 fronts are the same as D3 2.7 fronts. D4 3ltr are different (bigger discs, different caliper and bigger pads)
