Brake Pads / Rubbing

Hi all,

firstly im not brake expert and i dont intend on doing much work on them.

D4 is starting to feel a bit sluggish with a lot of pull back when off the accelerator, also mpg has shot down quite a lot the past day or two.

Slight squeak from what sounds like front right so took the wheel off to check pads etc.

How close should the pads be to the disk? from the picture attached it looks like pretty much touching the disks, also i can barely spin the disk round without force - is this normal?

Its normal for pads to be resting against the disc.
Should be fairly hard to spin the disc by hand as you've got resistance from the driveline also but should turn easy enough with the wheel on with the extra leverage.
Check for a warm wheel after a decent drive with no hard braking.
