Had it a few days now and totally love it. Totally different beast, but absolutely love it. The 306hp twin turbo is just sublime and interior is a lovely place to be. Eats up the motorway miles! Interesting that we took the D3 out today (dogs/kids/sand/food!!!) and it still felt great and super practical and not a million miles off when I first bought it. Quite nice being a double-disco family - beat of both worlds!2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

I’ve clocked up over 11k miles in the 69 plate SDV6 “loaner”. The engine has become even sweeter, since it went over 10k.
Without doubt the engine to have in a new D5. I’ve towed a large caravan for a friend and driven with 6 “full size” adults in it. It still pulled like a train. Not sure I’d want to own that engine out of full warranty though.
But then I wouldn’t want to own it full stop. That’s not to say it’s in anyway bad, awful software issues aside, it just doesn’t suit my requirements. 👍2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Thanks - I think CG with all the gloss black stuff suits it really well. Have a friend with a FFRR who had CG on that and I loved the look of it.2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

Fantastic!!! Enjoy!!
Mine was a stock car, but with :
Dynamic Pack (Exterior and Interior)
Electrically deployable tow bar
Fixed front and rear panoramic roofs
Full size spare wheel
Heated front, rear and third row seats
Heated steering wheel
Intelligent Seat Folding
Privacy glass
Terrain Response 2
Titanium Mesh trim finisher
Intelligent seat fold was something I'd never have specced, but really love.2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

In an ideal world I’d have kept my last D4 in addition to having an MY17 (my preferred choice) FFRR. Just couldn’t justify it sadly.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
