Bonnet alignment

My TDV6 SE bonnet is misaligned by approximately 5mm at the front, or possible the mudguards on both sides are low, or both.
I have tried adjusting the bonnet catches downwards, but it would appear that the rubber stops prevent the front of the bonnet from lowering anymore. Is there something I am missing?
