Forgive me if I'm missing the glaringly obvious, but........
Front valance underneath the bumper is held on by plastic half turn screws, similar to the rear tow hitch cover screws but larger.
I've lost a couple.....anyone know what size, where from and how much please.

They are for the rear tow hook cover, they are smaller than the front..... 2009 spec D3 HSE
