On Board Diagnostics

Hi all,

Considering taking the jump and buying a Disco 4 (aiming for 2010/11 year) Trying to save some cash in the long run so considering having it remapped but also looking at buying my own computer/software so I can read any potential trouble codes before shipping it back to the dealers (when I buy one it will be with the 2 year extended warranty).

Does anyone have any suggestions of which is the right/decent one to buy?

I have seen some for sale on amazon such as this one (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005ZWM0R4?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_4&smid=AGV2U8ZXEX1PI) but any help will be appreciated. Thanks

You may find the D4 has enough grunt without a remap. Just my tuppence worth Whistle Stew,

2010 D4 gone but I really loved it
Went back to Merc - C350 AMG
