About £650 which in my opinion is a tad over the top.

Can anyone tell me what the bluetooth version is in the retrofit kit for D3.? Naturally it is not in the instruction book.
If we can get this info we will have a better idea which phones will match. Near enough 40 degrees South!!!

Hi !
i saw on the previous page that someone talked about a craddle for the SE P910, does anyone has a ref, or is it false ?
The pitty with LR is that they sell a PTI system which is Bluetooth and physical conection, but only the physically connected (via craddle) can use the built-in antenae,or access to phone book. most advanced phones can connect with BT, but we have no craddle (the most interesting way to connect to the PTI)...

The cradle for the SE P910 is a SE after market kit and in my case came with all the electronics, speaker, mic etc and was about 120 pounds (equivalent... as I am in NZ). There was no integration with D3 other than by Bluetooth.... so really the cradle would just be somewhere to store and charge the phone and maybe attatch an external aerial. You would leave the mic and speaker stuff out.
On top of all that in the D3 there is not really anywhere to mount the cradle so I think its use would be limited.
Just a reminder ..... the bluetooth version in the P900 does not support handsfree... only the P910. Near enough 40 degrees South!!!
