hi new to the forum hopefully someone can help when I set my face blowers on my 2010 D4 is 95% of the air is blowing through the windscreen vents. vehicle is new to me.
so really my question is can the blowers be programmed through diagnostic machine or is it a physical/mechanical issue

If the flow direction doesn't change when you take it out of auto and press the relevant feet, face or screen buttons then it's very likely that one of the motors has failed. Stu
