Bloody seat rails.

The wife is pregnant and likes to ride shotgun in a gangster lean (seat as far back as it goes and a good bit reclined without being dangerous). With the seat set all the way back, the rails are exposed a good 4-6 inches. What the bloody hell?! Am I missing something? I vaguely recall that my DiscoII had plastic caps on the rails to protect you from the sharp edges (and they always popped off when cleaning the interior). My car was a service loaner so I wouldn't be surprised if something is missing. Is anyone aware of a part to cover these things? If not I might have the wife knit a pair o' booties for the blessed things. Three days in and so far she's snagged a long coat and caught a trouser leg. On the driver's side I don't have the issue because I tend to keep my seat close. I drive better when I'm cramped.
