My parents are like that Laughing not just with tin tents though!

When we got out first disco4, they went out 'shopping' ending up at a LR dealership and coming away with a new disco Laughing And me and the little sis only find out when we walk in the dealership to pick it up, but we were still non the wiser till we walked in the door and there was a sign next to a car saying, 'Mr & Mrs Harrison Has Discovery 4' Mr. Green Mr. Green

Oh and holidays Laughing Told the whole family but not us that we were going to america! We were told we were staying at our auntie in Gatwick, and getting the train into london from the airport the next day. Went to the airport in the morning and walk to a check in deck with out auntie who works there and jumped on a plane to america for 2 weeks Mr. Green

We love 'em really Laughing

You will have got a good deal. We found that going round that the prices were reduced and at the last show there was a lot of 0% deals too.

We're working towards a brand new one in the next couple of years. We've only got our first proper caravan in Sept last year.

The train is generally to dear, when towing trailer/tin tent I always use the ferry.

Unless you use Tesco vouchers for the Tunnel. Our crossings have cost us nothing for the past few years. Thumbs Up

Good few thousand.

We saved Nectar points for 3 years as they did euro tunnel. Unfortunately we later (when ready to book a trip 3 years later) realised it was for the passenger train not the vehicle train. Big Cry

We then used the points for a holiday to Cyprus for 2 weeks so not a total loss. Thumbs Up

We've now switched to Tesco to start club card points.

DFDS are doing free caravan travel in March.

Unfortunately I have the time off but the Mrs is a bit worried about the overseas travel.
Plus 2 dogs aren't jabbed up to go so that'll be some expensive kennel fees
