Do you use the cigar lighter connector, or have you spliced the blackvue power cable directly to the power magic?

I have used the 'cigar' connector. Easy to unplug if necessary.

If you do a search for Blackvue installation you should find wiring instructions, basically you need to find a fuse that is a constant live and to earth it there is a screw near fuse box that it can go on. There is a post on how to do it somewhere
