Hi
have found one post relating to this, but the questions was not answered. can you get a Black (Dark) Roof Lining forn the D4? mine is marked badly in the rear where the wheels of my wheelchair have rubbbed against it.

Never seen a dark one, always been light - would make it awfully dark inside with a dark headlining.

Nothing listed apart from standard colour but in any case with LR prices from between £350 & £560 perhaps a visit to a car trimmer and have one custom made for you? Paul Redding

Most of the Audi's I have owned have had black headlining - at first it is a bit odd and feels a bit claustrophobic but I now prefer it.
However, I'm guessing that you want to replace it to avoid marking the existing light headlining? If so, I'd think twice as the dark marks just as badly as the light, just in a different way. So unless you can find a vehicle trimmer to do something for you at a very competitive price, I'd be cautious of doing this.
Might be cheaper in the long run to find a decent valeter who can get the marks out for you? Cheers,
