I use the Thule 9403 on the detatchable towbar.
Again it's a three bike carrier, expect to pay just under £100. If you expect to use the carrier pretty regularly then you may want to opt for one of the more expensive Thule options.
Thule 957 lock (£12) prevents someone making off with the carrier and bikes when you stop off for a coffee.
Never had any problems with the 9403.

Been having a look through topics on bike racks still none the wiser. My folks are looking for a ike rack/tow hitch combo for 4 bikes. Looking at the Thule website it looks like the Thule EuroClassic Pro 903 is up to 3 bikes with an adapter for the 4th. How is this combo with the D3??? Also what's the best tow hitch, the muliheight or removable???
What's the best tow bar to use with the Maxxraxx unit???

I've got a Pendle 4-bike rack, towbar mounted. Mine requires the drop height, although I believe they do a ball-mount. Not sure I'd ever trust a ball-mount though.....
What about a rack that can be fitted to the movable tow hitch and still get a caravan on as well, has anybody got one of these.?

check mxgeldar7's gallery (see above) - there are pics of the MAXXRAXX which is fitted to the detachable tow bar. I have one too and would recommend it - had no problems with 4 bikes & towing at the same time.

Maxxraxx carriers will fit on removable towbar - but they have to fit it for you (South Godstone, Jct 6 M25).
Will get mine done in the next couple of weeks and report back.
