Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to fit a bigger intercooler to the TDV6 D3 ??? (I know there are several solutions for the D2)

the question has been asked before, but why do you want a bigger intercooler. As I understand it it wont give better performace, but i could have misinterppreted matters.
best to raise it higher and keep it cleaner as per the above link. Having had to remove mine to clean it , its not a job i want to do on a regular basis  Duncan

allisport one shoud provide  loads of extra juice and improve economy quite a lot but the main thing is it is very easy to cleanand in the long run worth every penny they charge
next thing on my list

Fitting an Allisport Intercooler onto my 300Tdi made a huge difference to performance. It wasn't any bigger just more efficient. Better Intercooler should increase performance on any Turbo Charged engine......you canny change the law of physics!! ------------------------------
