Spent a very enjoyable few hours over at Geoff's today watching Mick change my front and rear belts and stick a new water pump on my D3. 
What a complete pro, Flack is. 
I am not kidding when I say it must have taken him about 35-40 minutes to fit my HPFP (back) belt and about another hour or so to do the timing (front) belt and water pump*. A real joy to watch and so methodical in his work. He also spotted my lower auxiliary belt tensioner needed replacing and, conveniently, had one onboard the Flack-mobile.
Thanks also for your kind hospitality, Geoff. Good banter as always! Big thumbs up to Mrs. D for keeping a plentiful supply of coffee and bacon butties on the go.
There is not much these two do not know about the cars we love.
Massive thank you to both of you, and to Steve at Advanced Factors for providing me with the parts and making it more affordable to keep our ageing cars on the road.

I would just like to reiterate Woolmeister's comments on Geoff and Flack's professionalism in doing our cars over the weekend. What these 2 don't know about our beloved vehicles is beyond me. Whilst doing the belt change and oil pump casing they also found that I needed a water pump which they had just in case and also showed me my belt which was worn and had a split in it. My vehicle is a 2007 and has only done 56,000 miles so I would suggest to anyone who is thinking about a service to get it done asap. As my vehicle hasn't done a lot of miles and doesn't go off road and is methodically maintained.
A massive thank you also to Steve at Advance Auto Factors for his knowledge and banter and for providing the parts for my vehicle. Great banter, great company and would thoroughly recommend using these guys instead of a main dealership due to their knowledge and passion about the vehicle, plus price.
Finally, when driving the vehicle away, I did notice that the vehicle was smoother, quieter and generally like a new car.
Geoff rang me later that day and asked how I felt the car was and I reiterated that the car felt absolutely superb. He responded that he had the same feedback from the other guys saying they though it was just their thoughts at first but glad to hear that I also felt it too.
