Bi-Xenon headlights - again, but new problem

Can anyone help with this one please, different to every other post re LHD switch or height adjustment I can find?
Just got back from France, used LHD switch as usual (done loads of times), switched back and 2 problems:
1. LH headlight, shutter has stayed flat i.e. no kick-up on left for UK verge illumination.
2. RH headlight, kick-up restored as usual, but beam noticeably lower - only throws 12 yards from car. looking at unit, the "eyeball" is pointing down but i cannot see any adjustment other than the 2 that move the whole unit. have temporarily used this but H7 infill now on treetop patrol.
Have retried switching, tapped units and pulled/reconnected multiplug.
These are full HSE adaptive ones and they still do the "Disco dance" fine on startup.

Any ideas? I bet it would be a whole unit to purchase and can't imagine the cost Big Cry and just had a new front diff so plastic in pain!

Many thanks.
